★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taken a policy from PNB Metlife, they committed me few things while giving policy, still today I haven't received anything. They have provided me wrong information about policy as well. I tried to connect withe their executives and they never respond properly. Very poor service and not professional. Post selling the policy service is not proper, never respond properly, giving call only for reminder of renewal. I had lost my money due to wrong investment in PNB Metalife.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do remember the visitors timing, Monday to Friday 10 AM to 3 PM and Saturday upto 1200 noon. Very strict in timings, you will get small help in queries but no official thing happen like policy update.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy this policy and do not even trust this PNB Metlife company, they have turned off the facility of incoming calls, then to whom will the customer tell his own problem and how will the customer get the solution. This means that these companies do not even reply to the customer after taking the money.
I have issued a term policy where I have to pay 13157/- per year. PNB MetLife agent told me some benefits which I found attractive and hence I bought the policy online. But my policy got rejected because of my medical report. I tried reaching out to the customer care and they have speed dial partner concept which is always busy and his phone is always busy. I tried to get in touch via email, I have mailed 40-50 so far but haven't received my refund amount yet. No proper reply on email. While I have made the payment date 09.01.2022 and it has been two months till now I have not received my amount.
Now I got stuck in the middle, I spent my 13157/- and now the company has canceled the policy.
This is a completely fake company with fake products.
They are just misleading people and doing their business.
I request people not to buy a single policy from this company.
