★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rightly said. In fact they are not illiterate but very cunning when it comes for claim settlement. My claim is pending since Aug 20 for 3.5 lac and every time they are asking for the same documents which I have submitted them many times but they are not ready to settle the claim.
I am planning to go to consumer court as this is the only way to get the reimbursement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are having horrible experience with Care Health Insurance, I request everyone who is planning to take health insurance from them must reconsider their decision once again because in last 5 year I have taken overall 3 claims from them and in every claim they have literally made me beg in front of them.
Recently, they upfrontly denied my claim by saying "Admission not justified" even after submitting all the documents and doctors recommendation.
I was the only one who used to refer them to everybody to take insurance from them but after having bad after bad experience I have to write all this to safeguard everyone who think that they will be there with us in our time of need.

It's been 1months now I've submitted my documents virtually and physically
Still didn't get any response
I've personally submitted the documents
And they didn't give me any acknowledgement
Still not receiving any response from their team

Third class insaurence company, please don’t buy their policy, they only talk big, claim settlement is very poor, i did a very big mistake by switching from star health insaurence to care, my claim is pending since January, although i went to their cash less hospital yet they did not settle the claim till date, very very poor performance
