Personal suggestion to Delhi User's Do not purchase any kind of product from crompton service is so poor...?? and care and commit is service centre just making a fool last three months continuously till date today 01-08-2019 now planning to Police FIR against both Care & Commit / Crompton. They are reality service is zero and no commitment towards customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I purchased a Crompton fan and when it was creating some problem, I called them up for service request. This company care m commit was assigned the service. When nobody cared to response, I called them up both on the given mobile number as well as on the landline. No one picked up or call back the whole day. I had to call my personal technician to get it repaired. No care no commitment, 3 rd class
