★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Care24 is good as the attendant provided by them Reshma Shaikh was a very good person n she helped my dadi to recover better with her help. She is very neat and clean and use to do all the expected work very quietly and promptly. We are very happy with her service and would surely recommend her. For other logistical and payment services I was in touch with Mr. Navin. There were some instances of miss calculations of the payable amount which happened frequently in the start from company side but Mr. Navin helped us in sorting them instantly. I would like to suggest Care 24 to improve a bit on account department but all in all i had a good experience with Care24. Would surely recommend them. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could rate them negative. I am portea customer however decided to go for Care24 due to lower prices. My bad. Day1: attendant comes, asks me for wifi password which i share on good faith. He goes to kitchen and checks with my cook if we cook non veg food, which we do. He instructs her not to as he is veg. Strange we need to adjust in my home as per needs of attendant. He comes to me at 1030am saying he has work and needs to go out to meet his family. Such things need to be shared in advance that too if attendant has to leave in few hours of joining. Considering covid and age of my father as 90 years we refused. He says he is leaving. He does not even change diapers of my father, forget giving him shower. He just runs away. Now we are left without attendant. Torture phase 2 begins. Care 24 is informed however no action taken. They refuse to pick up our calls. After at least 100s of calls, finally they listen. At 5 pm I am given new attendant. Now phase 3 of torture, after a week of joining of new attendant, we go out. My father, attendant and 12 hour maid are left alone in home. My father is short of hearing. We see attendant probing our maid re what we eat, our sources of finance, where I work, what we do, what time we sleep etc etc I heard him on cctv footage using lowest of low language against my father and family. We had almost sleepless night. Next day, first thing in morning we ask care 24 to replace this guy. We had a sigh of relief. We took legal action as suggested to us by experts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom had a spine surgery at 80 and needed a lot of post operative care. The team from Care 24 has been extremely professional, sensitive and effective. I want to particularly call out our day attendant Nandini who has been exceptional and caring. Also want to mention about our care manager Azhar who has been extremely responsive even on weekends.

The caretaker was very polite and flexible and provided the necessary care to the patient. Niha coordinated the entire process and helped us in getting a care taker in a short notice. The entire process was smooth, professional and very transparent.

Booking process is very easy and hassle free. Executives were very prompt and reachable at any time. Thanks to caregiver Tejaswini for her services. She took all the care of my mother after her by-pass surgery. Not only the medical attention but also the kind of moral support she gave to the patient is commendable. My best wishes to team Care24.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE SERVICE. Nursing service is not a joke, it could be a matter of life and death to some and a company this unreliable and unprofessional should not be allowed to operate.
Tried their service last year and faced a lot of issues.
1. They promise a caretaker visit but no one shows up leaving you helpless at the last minute.
2. After finally getting a caretaker, he left without informing in the middle of the night leaving an elderly patient alone and helpless.
Tried their service again this year as they assured they've changed their management and upgraded their care service. They also made us buy the Gold Membership. Faced the same issues all over again.
1. Care taker was assigned, he got in touch and assured us he would reach at 9pm. At 8pm a new caretaker gets assigned who upon calling informs he will reach in 10 minutes. It's 9.30pm and no one has showed up or responded to multiple calls.
2. It's 10pm and we are desperately in need for someone to take care of the elderly at night but their response is sorry, the assigned caretaker is not responding and there's nothing we can do at this time.
