★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have decided not to take up any health insurance which has tie up with you! neither recommend anyone to... just to initiate health insurance they made my parents to roam around hospital for 3 days yet not completing the health checkup . No communication with concerned hospital. Or you must have tied up with Worthless hospital!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most Bogus Company. They will cheat you. Their payment procedure is not user friendly. Practo is much better option. I did not use their service at all. I ask them to process refund . They are not doing it. And they do not give response over mail. And in their platform specialities like Neurology is not available under free. During promotion they will not mention such thing. No video consulatation facility is also available. Please stay away from such poor company. Choose other platform. I use Practo . That is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have opted for annual health tests through my employer. Though the tests were done by Apollo Diagnostics, the reports were not available even after 3 days on healthassure.in website. The customer care number was always busy and no communication at all. I don't understand the purpose of this middle company when I can directly get the tests through Apollo. Don't recommend for this service
