★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly nonsense service, they don't know whom they are catering their service and how sensitive is this. They have a tie up with some local vendors who doesn't even know what care they have to provide to the patients and always seek to escape from the services.
Care24 even you call 100time no one will pickup the call and they totally dependent on local vendors if the attendant not turned up then they simply say sorry they can't help. They take 1000 registration charges aswell so that you stick to them with their disgusting service. Oh God what I went through..i have booked my flight tickets and hotel room for a business trip trusting this guys nth moment after calling multiple times they just said they can't help and there's no attendant available. And I had to stay back as i cannot arrange anyone In tht short span of time incurred huge loss.
Surely I'm going to Sue this ppl as they are adding trauma to the customer who is already going through.
