It was a very smooth process and all the doubts were cleared instantly. All the updates were given on time without any delay in case of booking appointments. They won't charge any service fees for study visa. I have never went to the office though it's nearby to my house. It's just 5 mins away. I have a trust on those people. I have done all my process online. You would get post visa services too. It was recommended by my relatives. The staff is cooperating and friendly.

I was a little reluctant as I was changing my stream after graduation but they made sure that my file and SOP was very strong as to support my decision to change my field, I applied my file during the covid times when everything was shut down despite of that they helped me through the process online or via calls.
