★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a place filled with bilks and frauds. I would highly recommend not to go to this place at all. Go to a retail store which can at least offer you a better after sales service. Do not fall for the fake promises which they make at the time of purchase. Firstly, they would not negotiate, as if they are selling some rare diamonds. As a discount they would offer endless fake and false promises in the names of free ac services, cash backs, etc. and when the time comes, they would not even entertain you. I was promised 7 free ac services, while I was purchasing an Apple handset from their Janak Puri store and I’ve been chasing these guys like anything to avail it. It’s a pity that there’s no system to track it and the sales rep simply tells to put a complaint. What kind of an after sales service is this?! Jab bass ki nahi hoti to promises na kare! They would show you in terms of discounts, how much you would be able to save if you avail this but I’m sorry to say that all this is a sham. While checking the bill, I found that there was a price discrepancy. When I same, they said I’ll Be given as a cash back in my source account.
I’m not sure how a brand like Croma, one of the biggest service providers in the country, is hiring such employees who are performing such unethical practices.
Well, I’m not gonna stop here. This case is going to the consumer court and I’ll ensure that you do not fool a customer again. I’m so frustrated right now, you guys have wasted my money, time and energy and I’m not gonna let it go to waste.
Extremely annoyed with the poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience with the store, the staff is cooperative helpful, mindful ,, dedicated... Had an amazing time shopping with the associates like Mridul and Shivam. They were so dedicated and attentive to all guest needs and take care and made my experience hassle free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. my First visit is memorable. Way of thinking, way of talking, and cust service is so much hurting. They wasted my time 3hours. No support from manager. And cashier are main person who waste my time. Never visit again in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tannu and Rajat Sheikh were the worst staff here. It took them 15-20 minutes of wasting my time to give a demo which they couldn't succeed. They didn't had a cloth to give a demo for Philips hand held steam iron. And very rudely and shamelessly gave their names without any fear about their review.
