★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mass at 6:30 am everyday. Special prayer petition can be given any time. If a nun is available she will pray for you as well but you can't see her, but you can meet her and speak to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carmelite Chapel happens to be an oasis amidst the hustle & bustle of Calcutta. The Chapel has a striking ambiance of peace & solitude, and is an awesome place for people of ALL faiths & backgrounds wanting to spend time in Prayer, meditation, or simply in silence.
Built in the year 1935, the Chapel is simple, yet elegant. In addition, the Carmelite Sisters (Nuns) also accept 'Prayer Requests' (written prayer requests can be dropped in at the Petition Box). People are welcome to talk to the Sisters for encouragement, or to simply pour out their feelings to someone who would care. The Sisters are extremely friendly & homely, and also happen to be the oldest residents of Outram Street!
The Chapel is famous for its reputation of answered prayers, miracles & healings, and has an atmosphere of blissful silence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The home of the Carmelite Nuns in Kolkata this chapel is probably the most peaceful of all in town. Located in the heart of the city it provides both Christians and non Christians a place to pray, contemplate and reflect.
Regular masses are held here every morning. The nuns here are always ready to listen to your problems and will pray for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A peaceful Chapel surrounded by an aura of devotion. Very well maintained with a beautiful garden from the entrance leading to the Chapel. Morning and evening mass is conducted everyday. Prayer requests can be made to the nuns over call by ringing the bell during the set time.
