★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WHERE IS THE OPTION FOR MINUS 5 STARS R#AITING?
The price for service started from 2600 & ended up to 6000 (WITHOUT LABOUR CHARGES).
1) The lady was supportive While explaining the price details before the service started.
2) THEN, the attitude changed to LESS RESPONSIVE WHEN THE CAR WAS ON HANGER.
3) THEN, I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE when service started BECAUSE THE LADY HAS GOT A PERSONAL PHONE-CALL.
MOREOVER, I was made to sit in PATHETIC ATMOSPHERE with the saying that SERVICE WILL TAKE 60 MINUTES.
THEN, they DIDN'T TOUCH THE CAR BEFORE 60 MINUTES.
Overall it has wasted my 3 hours .!!! SCREWED AWAY MY DAY..!!!
I WAS WAITING WITH PATJETICALLY PATIENCE TO HEAR FROM STAFF THAT WHAT WOULD BE THE TOTAL PRICE & THEY DON'T BOTHER/CARE TO TELL BEFORE HANDING ME OVER THE TOTAL BILL OF 6000 INR.

I went for shokers replacement for Beat car. In addition I asked them to remove carbon from battery and change the gear handle, none of the wok was done, I dont know what happened, they told me that battery is discharged asked me to bring new battery and the cardon was still not removed due to which new battery stopped working.
PATHETIC SERVICE AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave my car for service here, after I was facing minor problem of acceleration. I was incorrectly asked to change an engine part (intercooler). They made a huge bill out of a 'no problem' and also said that I will need to invest another 50k to resolve the problem. When I took the car to my old mechanic he diagnosed a minor problem with one of the injectors which would require work worth 500 bucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't like the service. Not genuine. Only the washing part is fine. They only change the engine oil. If you will ask for, they will do the lubrication as well.
Oil they use is also in a drum while they show you is a Castrol cane.
Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At SS automobile (Carnation) Gurgaon, worst ever experience. With problem in one of the O2 sensor( that too not conformed), I was advised to replace both the O2 sensors. Improper diagnostic protocol. Service person was ameture and customer handling was unprofessional. These guys think that customer don't know anything. I would never advise anyone to take ur car to this place ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service to say the least. This place does not even deserve one star. When you give them your car for service and tell them a few problems you are facing with your car, they note it down but don't pay heed to it later. I told them specifically that the car back doors don't close properly. Please have them checked and rectify the issue. When I went to collect my car and asked them if the back doors not locking properly was resolved? The response from their side was ' sir humne toh koi dikkat Ni lagi door mein, shayad lock kharab Gaye honge'. Wasn't checking the cause and resolving it your responsibility carnation? Also post the service , I started having some problems with my car that did not exist earlier. So at the end of the service for which I paid money, I couldn't get any issues resolved, instead ended up getting more issue added to my car. Wow carnation! Wow!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love your car, do not send it to carnation. They will create some problem themselves and blame and charge you for it. I had to pay extra money to authorized service center because they made serious damage in my car and never accepted the mistake.
