Friends i am curious to share my views regarding my latest purchase of a used car from carnation, moti nagar outlet owned by Mr Dilpreet Singh.
For about 2 months i was searching online for a used car in Delhi and i am known to some good places for sale of used cars.
I saw a lot of videos on youtube of many so called big car dealers in Delhi like SSSZi in karol bagh, Prime motors/ Zoom wheels / Chawla motors in Pitampura and another by the name of Babamotors in paschim vihar.
I even visited a few and found the old phenomina - the more you advertise the less you deliver was true in thier case - comparatively costly cars, less options, not so fair commitments.
So dont go for advertisements or videos - are good for nothing.
I finally bought a car - toyota etios- in such a price and such a maintained car and that too with certification and warranty, whom so i tell the price and show the car they say that its the best deal.
I had a wondeful purchase and i must appreciate Mr. Dilpreet & Mr. Sanmeet for their wonderfull efferts and support.
I'll surely recommend before buying a used car do visit Carnation once, you will definately get the best deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verdict: These guys are not at all honest and are champions of making false claims. People planning to buy a car from their hard earned money, please stay away.
Now my experience: I came across an add of i20 Active posted by Carnation, Moti Nagar on a car trading website. When I inquired about the car from the Carnation dealer, he told that the car is in excellent condition, single handedly used, 4.5 years old and just 21000 Km. The pictures they send me of the car were the ones I believe that were taken when the car was new.
By trusting the information provided by Carnation dealer, I took an appointment to inspect the car on a hot May afternoon. I drove 45 kms one way from New Gurgaon to reach their shop. Once there, I found the said car standing just outside their shop and just by looking at the car it was evident that the car has meet with a very bad accident as every section of the outer body was either broken or was rebuild. All lights broken, duplicate paint all over the body. Just by looking at the car I was so frustrated that I didn't even went inside the shop and left...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a word with this lady at carnation/autokraze who contacted me and send the photos of a car and asked me to reach their location to have a test drive and to know more about the vehicle in the morning. I replied to her that i'll be reaching your location at the evening. So before leaving i confirmed with tge same person that i'll be reaching in an hour and she asked me to come. The moment i reached their location. They told me that the car is not here today and they also added that if i wanted to see the car, i had to travel another 15-20 kms. really disappointed with their unprofessional service.

I would give them 0 star if possible
I bought the car here and they did not give me relevant papers for insurance transfer . I called them again and again but to no use
They dont take calls or reply to messages .
In the end i had to take new insurance that cost me 24000
The people.working there are arogant and have no respect for customers . I would never recommend them for any of our friends and relatives .
Unprofessional and very arrogant people .

I reached the location and was greeted warmly (I would have given 5 stars here) and I was shown a few cars although the one I came for was not available. Still not an issue. However after I left the place with my details and requirement I never received a call back. It's still understandable. They run a busy business. The following few days and weeks I tried calling them but they never receive or respond. I tried even instagram messaging but same. This was annoying. I still don't understand why they won't speak to their customers. It was not a bad experience as no transaction took place, just a bitter experience. This review is not to scare potential customers but for them to improve their service. I hope others have a better experience.
