★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they dont deserve even one star . recently i have sent my car for service and had the worst experience. they gave my car in non working condition stating the reason that there is some issue with the battery though i have handed over my car in working condition.even iam not satisfied with the service also.i dnt know whether they have done everything mentioned as once my car reached service station they had increased the service charges which they have not mentioned earlier.i asked them to send my car back without service but they forced me to get service done from them. never send your car to this service station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly Unsatisfactory experience. Cars were out in the open ,parked on the pavement. There is No customers lounge . Overall condition of cars appeared Very dirty and unkempt. I thought True Value had higher standards. There is no area for a test drive. Overall a very poor experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car service ever had. Main reason for visit was electric issues which reappeared after 2 weeks. Taken too much time. After service, when picked up the car, it stopped 10 times within 1km. Wasted more time when get back to center for fix the issue which don't exist before the servicing. Even such a yuck washing service. All seats and upholstery are still wet and humid. Overall wasted the money. And agree with other reviews, such a bad waiting center and services.

They don't even know how to treat their customers.
Deepak, Sachin and Aryan never ever deal with these fellows.
