★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are fraud. On 13th nov 2018 we landed banglore at 23:00 hrs. We show them address they said its 17-18 kms away from airport and charged 700 rs. In reality that destination was just 4-5 kms. From airport and it must be 200-300 rs only. In return from same destination to airport we gave 250/- rs only. Carz on rent are not recommended to anyone. They lie and fraud people. Negative ratings to company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a self-drive car (myles) more than a month in advance but they called me and canceled it abruptly sometime before my trip, throwing me under the bus! Thoroughly unreliable car company to book if you are looking for your trip to go well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad rental service. To begin with Cars are not professionally maintained. Tyres were bald, horns not working properly, central locking remote not working, usb charger not working. May other cars parked had many scratch and dents. When asked about the tyres only help offered was swap the rear to front (duh)
Call centre gave partial information when had called to ask about few pre trip information.
Google location which they sent as their address in confirmation message was 3-4 kilometres away from their actual office and which got me an hour's delay to take car out. This is not even public sourced data, it's the location that they show within their app. They know it is wrong as when I arrived at the rental finally, he said, 'aap bhi Wahi jaake aaye kya' aka 'did you also go to that point and come here?'. They are too lazy to update it, which clearly reflects their service orientation :-(
Add to that there is speed governaner installed which was not informed during booking or delivery (may be in fine prints which I still couldn't find). This almost caused an accident while overtaking.
The Myles team is also pretty laid back, there is absolutely no response to the customer feedback given at the end of the ride.
Overall very bad experience, I would NOT recommend this to anyone who is renting a car hoping to enjoy their drive. Try other rentals or hire a taxi it costs almost the same or lesser.
