★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at casa Urbano to be precise. In general the lodha construction is not that great. Even in new constructed flats there was dampness in walls, cracks and cement coming out at various places. However the amenities provided to residents is good. There are 2 clubs and one Olympics sports center. Buses plying for residents to nearest places like mall. A good park. The inner commonninfratstricture is relatively well maintained. However all these common amenities will soon get overcrowded once all the flats start getting occupied. Also currently the wview and wind is very good due to the open plains around. But with constructions coming up everywhere this will be gone in time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Common facilities are great e.g. club house, Temple, bus facility for inside and to go to Xperia mall.
Improvement needed: direct bus connectivity to thane, kalyan and Dombivili station
Price for purchase of apartment is quite high for the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful from Agent Sagar their is a lot cheating. Ex they will give you flat for 11 months and after i months they will say vacant flat. Big Scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good infrastructure.. well planned.. Great amenities like clinic pharmacy salon convenient stores restaurants within the city of Palava.. Clubhouse is top notch.. Clean Airy n peaceful environment.. Pet friendly.. Security n Maintenance is good too..Phase 3 Sector 4 still to get access to internet services.. A big drawback.. Development still in progress..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place and i have bought a flat here.. but the only concern which i have is the traffic to reach this place and the transport facility is very inconvenient..!!! Traffic is the biggest headache...!! Also, there isn't any Dr.'s clinic or hospital nearby..!! Transport facility should be improved very well and it should be kept connected to the nearest station 24*7...!! because in future there would be families and persons who work in rotational shifts..!!
