★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communication huge problem. Distance from kalyan shil road a huge differentiator between LSG and CBG etc. It will take a long time to bridge the gap. Promontory should try to smoothen road patches so that journey can be comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place to stay. Have bus connectivity in every 30mins from Xperia mall to lake shore green. Have supermarket, shiv temple, school,pizza, saloon etc.club has recently opened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place... I just love it. Roads to reach there are not too maintained. Digging work going on... so a bit bumpy. But once inside the property...it's awesome. Name of the entire property is LakeShore Greens. Casa Elite is one building. Our building name is Casa UNO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infrastructure I okay but service is very poor they only focus on making money and their policies are customer exploiting policies interior are very poor in new room, there are many dents on floor tap is not fixed properly.
There lease system is the worst option provided by them which only focuses on making money to Lodha group
Over all a worst experience with Lodha Group
They only focused on making money not a quality product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice and huge residential complex in Khone by Lodha builders. It is almost as good as a residential resort with landscaped gardens and play area, extremely neat and tidy. However, considering today, any flat here is mostly for investment purpose and not for living there at the moment (in most cases) as the area is yet to develop and will take atleast another 10 years to prosper.
