★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had planned to buy 3BHK premium but found basements are too leaky and construction quality is very inferior. Customer relationship seems to be lethargic and came to know about poor workmanship from Ajmera type builder. Had later booked just opposite to the scheme at Shilp Shaligram at a nice price and good quality of workmanship. Don't recommend to book here as Ajmera is just a name but not a brand. Not value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very inferior workmanship. No customer care services. Building has lot of flaws. Senior officials are not worried about the working environment. Water leaks in the building. Parking not alloted to residents and builder is trying to sell the parking lots to the residents illegally. Drains not cleaned. Housekeeping is pathetic and no response by construction team. High Value but poor workmanship. No dust bins fixed. Lot of minutes of meeting were sent but no one cares of the flaws and action. Informed to Vijay Patel, Rushi Patel, Raj, Rutvik and many others officials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to buy 4BHK here by my friend. But when I visited the site, I saw a horrible notice which seems that the society is having clashes. I have not seen any such notices in any societies. I think the environment is not good here. I recommend not to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good community residential complex, off Drive in road, with 2, 3 & 4 bhk apartments, ready to move. All amenities, well maintained. Some blocks are to near to each, so privacy issues for apartments. Nr to upcoming metro rail!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my friend is living in Casa Vyoma, I visited his house and it was pleasant experience as there is so much of open space with amenities. I was surprised by asking the price of the flat, it is reasonable! I literally felt to buy one as quality of construction is also good. do recommend to visit today

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pooooor customer service, behave and guide like throwing out customers.. the way they introduce the property. If any good and genuine executives might deal then i would have bought the property very early at project starting. Better the builder look into this.
