★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not respectful at all, i had a casio watch and had asked them to tighten the flap and they mentioned there is a charge for the same. I have used fossil, armani and diesel earlier and never had such an experience
If this is what after sales customer service all about then i believe its time to change the watch
