Good experience overall.
Turnaround time can be reduced. It took almost 2 weeks for the process.

Mr. Praveen provided the much needed clarity in product features and helped me in product selection. Really appreciate his cordial approach and professionalism.

A Small Bad Experience which I Encountered while dealing with the Sales Person Praveen Yadav. I had Purchased Fossil Hybrid HR Watch on 11th Dec of Value 16,500/- which he gave me an additional discount of 1,000/-. Was happy to receive the discount. Next day i came to Exchange the watch(Sealed Pack Condition) as wanted the Other Dial Pattern of the Same Range, but to my disguise Praveen Yadav charged me 1,000/- additional. I asked him the reason as both the watches were of the same Value and how come during Exchange you are Charging 1000 extra. To that question he started Arguing at the Counter with me and giving me a reson that this is Company Policy and that was totally annoying Experience as this was not at all expected from a Brand like Fossil. As a Customer it is not about Paying 1000 extra during Exchange but the kind of behaviour which was totally Insulting.
I am Really at a question that how come while Exchanging Same Product Same Value the discount is being removed which was given during Purchase just one day Prior. Such Incidences put the Brand Value at Stake as the Customer completely Losses Faith in the Brand.
