★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the restaurant on 18th April.
The restaurant staff is very rude and disrespectful. Even after going with booking from Zomato and the whole restaurant was empty. We were told that all table are reserved for large groups which may come in some time. Meanwhile either we take the 3 seater place for 4, or take 4 ppl table but will be asked to move during meal if reserved group shows up.
As if we as customer were paying less or are beggars requesting to be seated on floor. The staff rudely said to contact Zomato as bookings ftom there are not responsibility of restaurant, which is something i heard first time since the booking are generally confirmed by restaurant not Zomato.
Pathetic experience and worst people
It was my parents anniversary and we had to go to different restaurant.
Note, the place remained empty for another 1-2 hrs that we checked while enjoying in mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time in one of the outlets in Delhi. I had read so many reviews of it and wanted to check it out for myself. The had so many starters including some kebabs and awesome paneer dishes. You won't get a seat on weekends if you don't book in advance and they are usually super crowded.I'm gonna visit the CP one on my next visit to Delhi. All the dishes are a bit on spicy side and the spice is love or hate, I loved it. I’ve tried so many barbecue places but so far this is the best barbecue place I’ve been to. The desert menu is vaaaaaaaaast and believe me you’ll know it once you reach there.
Special Mention to Chandan as he served with a smile on his face and helped me with some extra request fulfillments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a reservation through Dineout and got the confirmation for same but was denied entry at reception saying they dont have any info, after waiting for 15 minutes they gave us a table.
Service was not at all satisfactory had to ask for a single thing multiple times. Food was okayish.
Overall experience was not good, wouldn't recommend going here.

Pros- Nice ambience, live music, variety of desserts.
Cons- Servers are incompetent and less in numbers.
We were waiting continuously for the grills to be refilled.
Cold coffee was watery.
Ice tea was too sweet.
Food was okayish.
The passage towards the main course &sweets is too narrow, had to wait for others to pass and that is an inconvenience.
Buffet menu isn't so nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You might be thinking that Castle's Barbeque is just like any other bbq restaurant. But its not.
Unlike other restaurant they are pretty good at what they serve.
The quality of food is amazing, the chicken is tender and well cooked.
Ohh and do have the chicken wings , they are so delicious.
And the best part that most bbq places lack is good quality main course. But here you will get very tasty main course items like mutton and gravy chilli chicken.
In sweets there's a lot of variety to choose from and best is to have brownie with ice cream. The tandoori fish is also amazing guys and crispy sweet corn and kajun potatoes.
The ambience is good and the servers are very responsive and friendly.
Plan a lunch or dinner with your friends and family and spend some quality time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place comes as a surprise and expectations. While everything is well set for a good experience, it just falls short. Located on the top floor of Pacific Mall, this place has a great decor and comfy feeling around it. At times you might have to face a waiting. Food spread is good and they have a nice round of snacks and main course to go with. Prices are reasonable.
With everything going fine, all of a sudden the staff will start behaving weird. Running around and in a hurry and will start ignoring you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambience. They serve a huge variety of desserts and I loved each one of them. Super delicious. Do tell them in advance regarding the spice level you want, otherwise it’s going to be very difficult for you to digest that level of spiciness.
Starters and main course were also good. And a special mention to Mr.Chandan, who was our host for the night. Kudos to him!
Overall the crowd was also decent. Good experience. Would love to visit again.
