★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They missed the item while packing, I left trusting their packing. One item was missing, I called them back they asked to call after few hours then next day. After many calls and tolerating their bad behaviour, I got the answer like I am lying.
So be careful with the billed items there are high chance of cheating after paying money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is run by Government of Karnataka. They have genuine sandalwood handcarbed artifacts and antiques. The rich cultural heritage of Karnataka craftsmen is in wonderful display here. One can choose to buy artifacts made of genuine Rosewood also here. A must visit place for buying souvenirs while in Bangalore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is a big and beautiful collection of artistic items. They have a huge variety of items. It may be little pricy but you can find something for all price range. The sandalwood items are really worth exploring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop has a wide range of exquisite and beautiful artefacts and handcrafts made of sandalwood and other materials. It's a visual delight if you like art. It's also one of the places where you get real sandalwood (that's not fake). You can also buy channapatna wooden toys... although it's a little more expensive than you'd get them in channapatna. Easy location at the bridge road/ mg road but difficult to find parking space around that area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've visited this place often (last in 2018), to buy silk sarees and some gifts for friends.
They have a wonderful collection of artifacts, made by artisans from different parts of the State and sold at reasonable prices. The articles are made of wood, metal, sandalwood and the fabrics are mainly of silk.
The staff are courteous and knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining the provenance of the articles and with helpful suggestions on purchases

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice handicrafts place where you can find so many beautiful items all handmade and very Indian. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very helpful. I purchased lots of gifts and souvenirs for my loved ones from here. Do be aware that there are a lot of fake shops with the same name around this area and only this one is the real place (you'll understand why!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crafts made of certified sandalwood and rosewood are available. They charge 18%GST for furniture and 12%GST for handicrafts during billing. Cultural background of Karnataka is showcased beautifully. Inlay works on rosewood are available in plenty. Channapatana toys are available. Pure silk sarees not available as of now as they closed it during COVID outbreak. Fine crafted vessels made of silver, copper and brass are available. Sandalwood powder, perfumes and other sandalwood products are also available. Cost is on the higher side but the items are 100% genuine as the shop is owned by the KA government.
