Has 4 counter, but complaints are being received in 2 counters only. Other 2 counters are empty from past one hour.
Waiting from past 1 hour 30 min,
Worst service center experience ever, as same as their Bluetooth headphone product.

Overall i must say the credit goes to staffs for maintaining such a cool ambience, specially would like to give 5 stars to Salman who helped with my product purchase and helped with getting the best price for old one plus phone. Really awesome bro, keep up the good work. Also like to thank the person who helped get TV details on first floor, forgot the name, sorry but kudos to you as well.
Keep up the good work guys and an awesome customer service. Surely will visit again soon for next purchase until then Let’s all Enjoy New Year 2022 Vibes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience buying my third phone from the place. The staff was ever helpful. The only issue is with the parking which is at a distance and required you to walk a bit. Anyway we can refresh when we reach this place with their branded water bottles and a cup of coffee. I was helped eagerly by the staff and I bought the phone on an easy instalment scheme of Bajaj Finserve where an executive called Sunil was very helpful and efficient. The phones differences and features were explained in detail after which I got a Oneplus 9R. Their sales executive Arya helped me clone my phone through their OnePlus Clone app which was easy to install and use. The executive patiently cloned my phone and helped me in easy transition from old to new phone in 20 minutes. Mr. Rizwan helped with a lot of inputs on the exchange aspects and also guided in selecting the right model. I suggest people to take a cab to this place because of parking issues.. My overall experience was great. I would give many plusses to this OnePlus store and its staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One plus store is fully equipped to attend to one Plus phone buyer's in Brigade Road. Experienced staff attend to your repairs or new products. Excellent location. While waiting for your phone getting fixed, you can have coffee or tea in a comfortable waiting area. A TV will also keep you entertained during your stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge experience store with all OnePlus under a single roof. Though I’m not a fan of these phones, the store gave a different experience altogether. The staff explained the niche features, attended to our queries and best of all, there is ample seating inside which is really appreciated. One suggestion is that, most TVs are set in Vivid mode. So make sure you change the settings to cinematic or classic and view as this is how it will look one you use on a daily basis.
