★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE DO NOT GO TO CELTEL Mobile Service, they are fraud and cheat people. We had a minor problem with Motorola phone and Abdul who is incharge of the shop said there is a problem with board and has gone to service centre. He later informed us that it will cost INR 2k+ and when we specifically told him not to repair, he asked us to speak to the Technician (who is his own person sitting in another shop). His name was Irfan and he pretended saying the phone is already repaired and forced us to pay for it. We asked Abdul where is the handset, he said his person is getting it and made us wait for an hour. He picks up the handset from his own shop and goes out of the building (to pretend as if he is going to the service centre to get the handset) and gets the handset back. We watched his moves and noticed that he pulled out the handset from his pocked and got back to his shop. We could not nail him down becoz he had local crook supporters around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Replaced nexus display and it stopped working within few days. When I came back to them, they started telling, issue with connectors and told that better to replace mobile. After lot of arguments and proofs they replaced display again and issue was with display only. Frustrated..!

Pricing is moderately reasonable and the owners know what they're doing and will give you full details of the repair before doing anything to your phone.
