Yourself. Never recommend anyone . It's poor staff no customer care phone no.

They are making excuses and disconnecting all again and again where else CCN tv came and took money for two months. Else broadband people don't even pick call and if they does than they talk very rudely

Whenever I face issue, they don't resolve it on time and make me wait for 6-7 hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have take 50 mbps connection from them, I can internet 3-4 hours in a day , most of the time internet has down. i called to customer care they never take a call or even wire service man not answering the call.
very ridiculous service by them. Pls pls dont waste money on this company . never recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality of wifi in East Delhi. Specially during this period of WFH, the wifi quality has further decreased and customer care services also are poor. Picked up the call after many attempts. Also, no action taken on mail sent to them.
