Society leaders must take the stand against such frauds happening inside their premises.

β β β β β Owner didn't retured any of the deposit money even though nothing was broken in the place. This happened at flat D-804 and Mr Sanjay Kumar is the landlord of the flat.

We use to live in CEDAR Luxuria appt D-804 and left on 2nd January. Landlord Mr. Sanjay Kumar lives in Mumbai, Working in Income Tax Department had not given us the Deposit amount back which was 13000 rs. There was nothing broken in house at the time we left. Management team (Mr. Sandeep Rathore with 2 more staff) came for inspection and said "15000 lagte he paint karane ke, aap owner se bat karlena" which Cleary means no intentions of money back.
We never had any talk with the flat owner, His relative Jaideep Sharma was the point of contact who is supporting this wrong practice.
Society manager Mr. Sandeep had taken 5000 in his personal account as brokerage with 1500 extra as "paint" charges in cash when we moved-in with a promise that owner will return the deposit amount after "Nominal" deduction "If needed"
Such an unethical behavior of management of project society and owner
