Sir i would like to inform you that the team is so unprofessional and rude, they don't want to do any work and they don't pick any calls. First, they all said we will do the designing, execution of all the work but it's been two weeks and nothing has been done, in fact they are very rude to us. Also we told them to give your number, but no one provided your number. I don't know if these are your instructions or not to do so with a customer who is bringing such a big project to you.
Sir, please contact us and look into this matter, so that you don't give away such big projects in future because of your unprofessional team and their behaviour. A customer is very important for a business and no one wants to lose that customer. Please contact us as soon as possible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faced multiple problems with CIPL.
First and foremost, they take 100% advance and don't bother after the material is shipped, they wont accept the unused material. Secondly installation team is not upto the mark. Clip in tile ceiling installation was not proper. Some tiles are loose some are not aligned. And they don't respond the queries once after installation is done. Needs advance for subsequent visits even after 10 days and that too with work not properly finished.
