Horrible experience, charged 3000 rupees just to check water leak , water still coming inside car cabin , don't even think of visiting this place , literally feel cheated, after being given an estimate of 2000 they charged 3000 , such liars , and still problem persists, fell prey to positive reviews , all fake reviews for sure , they dont allow u to sit and watch , and do all manipulations, now i know how a screw was stuck in my ac drain pipe the minute i left my car , and was told is the reason as water exit got blocked , pathetic experience , regret that day still, and they broke my left sun shade too which i noticed next morning

Took my honda civic for paint job. And General service. I can safely say. I was hugely satisfied with tha services offered work was done timely and in a orderly manner. Also tha staff in couteous.

Based on reviews I went to the showroom, to get my AC rectify on seeing advertisement of German Motors, there claim to have International Experience. On consulting, they confirmed they would charge me lower than other showrooms and best quality, others showroom was committing around 15000 they claimed everything would be within Rs.10000. I was happy, left my car, for a days to get it rectify happily. Then, in evening I got to know they have to get spares part from Dwarka center, asked for one more day. Every next day, they said they are testing as per international standards of each component of AC that would require a time. This trend continued for the next 10 days and I was worried what is happening with my car and by the time my car is repairing I cannot see it personally except through glass window they created through which I could not get a proper idea. In such a way, they took 10 days, and inflated my charge to 26998. I felt bad as in spite of taking 10 days I knew they are charging me unethically. Still, I agreed to pay because 10 days without car was nightmare for me. When I got my car, cooling was good and I was happy after all my car AC is okay and they gave guarantee of one season. However, after 2-3 days later, I found that cooling quality of my AC had been downgraded again. On informing them about, they said it is normal as compressor had got repaired and other AC components had been changed after few days everything will be fine. But, still today after almost 10 month it has not happened. Then winter starts, I found, my AC heating is not working. On informing them they asked to leave my car to workshop, and on recalling 10 days nightmare I decided it is okay to be without heater as I have already lost trust on them. Then, Feb came, I tried to run AC and found that AC is not working and on complaining them, they again asked me to leave car at workshop for verification, and I was compelled to give car for verification, and after 1 day verification they said you need to change compressor. Then, I asked that you had repaired car compressor earlier then they said "it is not working now, you need to change it" and charges would be of around 13,000 for compressor and 4400 for labour, and then i asked about guarantee they said " it is not applicable to on compressor " and stopped to response me properly. On later verification with one of worker, i got to know that whatever reviews on Google are not authenticated as they asked known persons to share best reviews and whatever happened with me keep on happening with others customers but strangely no one took action against them and they keep on doing same things with others. Still, today my car AC is not working, and I am running car without AC as I cannot afford paying more amount.

My car had some electrical issue, the service executive came at my place to examine the car and I was very surprised when the price quoted by him was much lesser than the estimate given by Jaguar service station. I am very happy with the work done on my car, thank you German motor mechanics

After visiting various other mechanics and service centres I can say that German motor mech is going to be my permanent centre for cars. My Mercedes e class had a problem of noise and knocking and no one could know what the problem was. Vee the technical director personally takes care of the fault finding and is an expert from Germany in these type of cars. Feels good to finally have a knowledgeable person handling your cars instead of other mechanics who are shooting in the dark. Secondly they put in genuine authorised parts and not the aftermarket stuff one finds in the market. It's slightly more expensive than the third party parts but far cheaper than the price quoted by the company workshops. They also give you a warranty for 6 months on the work done. Keep up the good work.

The workshop is full of people who want to be of help all the time. A great attitude to have especially in service industry. Very attentive and there to solve the issues. Highly recommended for fancy cars. Great hands to be in and you can trust them blindly.
