★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality is good but not value for money. Today I brought 01 teddy, 1 heart lamp and 01 key chain.
When I requested the owner of the shop (sitting at cash counter) to change the batteries of the lamp he was showing his very bad attitude and it seems that he was favouring me for selling this. If he keeps the same behaviour then customer needs to think twice to buy from him.
Quality = 5⭐
Values for money = 3⭐
Behaviour of the owner = 1⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too high prices for almost everything. Worst was when they asked me that Gift Wrap will be extra charge, even when I bought a product of ₹1500. Seriously, a 5 rupee paper they can't give you on a fixed price gift shop. Moreover, their staff was arranging small glass message bottles and did it partially and went away, my wife touched one piece and another from the corner fell off and broke. They didn't see why it happened even after explaining them and went ahead and charged us for the broken piece which was their staffs fault.
