Slurpicious soups, interesting manchurian items, finger food and Thai spread. I thoroughly enjoyed the Thai Green Curry with Boiled Noodles, Veg Clear Soup, Sweetcorn Soup!
Worth a shot, and a big shout out to the team behind this enterprise. With a pan-India presence, you should be able to find Chalu Chinese outlet near you for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was surfing instagram and got some glimpses of this place. By the phots, the place looked beautiful. The place is located in vijay nagar near tinkus. The place was similar to how I had the glimpses I would say. The place has a very good ambiance. There menu is quite subtle and they have a good variety and prices a bit more I would say. They are having concept of fusion food in there. I ordered 3 dishes one Thai soup, hot garlic noodles and chali khumbh. The was ok I would say, it had a great flavour but abit coconut from the regular thai soups. Personally I didn't like chalu khumbh (mushroom dish) much. The mushroom had a raw taste in that. The noodles were good, they had a good flavour. The presentation of food is quite simple here. The price of food is a bit expensive. Overall experience was fine not that great
You can visit this place for noodles or other dishes that I haven't tried. Can't say how would you like them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Chalu Chinese restaurant is at Scheme 54. Location is easy to find out. Ambience looks to be good, bit congested tho.
I have analysed this restaurant on both pros and cons which are as mentioned below:
The taste of food is good. Both the Krispy Konjee Mushroom and the Yellow Khowsuey soup were good in taste. The vegetables were not found fresh tho. Khowsuey soup was lacking with some authentic veggies. The noodles served with that were good, but the condiments were not proper. The corriandor leaves were not at all fresh. The peanuts were not served with the condiments.
The soup was not served with soup spoon.
The worst part i found in this restaurant is they don't serve water if you are not gonna purchase it. In India it's not good at all. Where on one hand their founders Mr. Vibhanshu Mishra and Mr. Raju Nagar has tried to bring on Chinese food in Desi style, that must take care of this very essential part Indians look forward to, that is regular water is to be served without any cost.
Than again the management staff is lacking who may take care of customers need. Just the kitchen staff who are not that good to tackle the customers in a proper way where in the service industry. Talking too loud in the kitchen is bad.
Working and strategic planning is needed if they want to attract the upper middle and high segment people. The range they have kept is not for lower and middle segment people.
One may try coming here for once and decide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for those who like chinese food. You will get a variety of Chinese cuisines here ranging from Thai gravy to Noodles and Manchurian.
Ambience and sitting arrangement is soothing and comfortable.
Restaurant work on self service mode, and takes 15-20 minutes to serve the order.
You get 2 quantity options in almost all dishes - Regular (Serves 1 person) and Large (Serves 2 person).
We tried Veg Gravy Manchurian, and its gravy was filled with good amount of garlic, ginger and onion. The Manchurian balls were also soft and tasty. Gravy was medium spicy with a tinge of sweetness, maybe it was because of onions. Overall I would rate it 4 out of 5.
