what I like is that its near talegaon.
-good scenic location but of no use since most of the plots are on one level they won't get view and will be blocked by the construction in future by the relevant plot owners.
-When I visited 2 nd time in the night due to the River/nalla it smelled awfully bad which was a complete downer for me.
-No rera really, why how do we safeguard ourselves what is the guarantee that the builder wont change the layout or everything is clear where is rera no. really why?
- Approach road and internal Road too narrow difficult for two cars to pass consequently and if guest cars are parked it will become a big issue .
- magic brick was showing that its mark venture’s project but there website does not show this project , who is the developer ? Rera guys c’mon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have searched a lot of projects in talegoan at last i had visited this place and took decision to book a bunglow plot here only. It is perfect place for either your first home or a second because developer is providing Collector sanctioned N.A. plots layout which has all the modern aminities (already which are already built also concrete roads, amazing river side plots with electricity and water supply, huge ground, spacious roads etc etc. I am totally satisfied and happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celebrations County has mind-blowing Scenery, positive vibe as well as the beautiful Nature View. what i like the most about project is, these are N.A. plots with the River side location and the developer is well known in Talegaon Dabhade so i can trust them blindly. Thanks for the Awesome site visit and also for comfortable pick-up drop facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have seen plenty of projects near by Talegaon Dabhade but this "Celebrations County" project is one of the best. The positive part about project is it has beautiful river view, especially the infrastructures is amazing. They are providing all the facilities which an individual need to sustain in such a beautiful ambience like club house, water & electricity supply, garden, concrete roads and so on........
