★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An uncanny yet best mix or urban and natural life. It is as if, one is living in a forest with every tree having a shopping mall. Amazing people, very helpful and kind. A bit of trouble with the harsh riding vehicles on the highways though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very spacious housing society with 2 BHK apartments and row houses which are also called twin bunglaws. It is easily reachable from NH4 ( old pune mumbai highway) and an entrance is available from chakan road. At this entrance small commercial space is available where most of the routine needs of the residents are met like vegetables, fruits, provisions, electricals, ironing service and small food counter in Hotel Sri Ganesh etc. Society campus is neatly maintained. Society office is also present inside the campus. It is having security people present at the gates. It is having 24hrs running water and garbage cleaning service which clears the garbage once in a day. Nice and convenient place to stay. A temple and recreation area is available where residents can participate in events and celebrations on festive occasions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great environment for senior citizens where they can buy or rent out flats at reasonable rates. Well planned layout with senior citizens in mind. But the place is away from city and commuting to railway station and market is an issue.
The senior living has a restaurant for the food requirements at reasonable rates. Security is very strict and its 100% safe zone. Ample parking space with landscaped gardens, fountains, resting area, temple, etc. Even differently abled friendly flats are available with suiting restaurant/mess.
A unique project for senior citizens.
