★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a beautiful upmarket condo. The flats are very spacious and have excellent fixtures and facilities. Their security is one the best in Palam Vihar. Additionally the security guards are courteous and diligent in their discharging their duties. It is essentially colonised by retired Air Force personnel. They also excellent Gym and grocery facilities within the complex. They also have 100% power backup.

Block signs not visible/well lit..one needs to keep asking for directions when walking to locate the block after parking. Security good but, one can get tired filling in visitor details at all points..no way to verify if details given at all places same
