★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This society isn't recommend folks, a painful authority with tyranny n monopolistic behavior with multiple power outages n no power Back-up. ISP is another pain due to monopoly provider. Overall a paethatic experience. Pls avoid renting here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would suggest not to buy flat or on rent in lotus homz. There is an extreame power outage issue. 6 to 7 hours a day there is a power cut in society. Poor management of maintenance. Be careful before taking any flat on rent. Residents are leaving the society before completing their 11 months of contract.

1. Single lift one tower ,you need to lift your household upto 10th floor if you stay there .
2. No power backup for Flat
3. Gutter water used in park , you can't use park
4. Noting is certain here any rule come any time .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't buy or rent any flat because this is the worst society i have ever seen maintenance guys are very irresponsible no power back up and so much power cut the have prepaid meter i dont understand the algo the run for bill deduction lifts are scary because when power gets off lift shuts down my father was stuck inside for 5 mins. Pathetic experience with this society and poor connectivity for transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a decent+safe place to live with family or single and comes under affordable group housing society. As it is affordable so fixed parking is available for bikes not for the cars. For cars you need to park it wherever available. Rest it has all the ameneties - lift, central park, good water supply, guards for main gate as well as for each tower, have your own power backup as electricity goes for 3-4 hrs in a day timings not fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice but far from the metro station,the society was nice but the flats themselves were'nt that great, we went for 2bhk flats and while the hall and one of the rooms was great the other bedroom was very small, so small that even a divan couldn't properly be fitted without blocking the balcony door or the bedroom door

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool and peaceful place to stay. No Dust from outsides, No unwanted vehicle sound, Good and safe play ground for kids. Good cleanness around, Good area for parking as well as cycling for both kids and adults. Good security and outside persons entry through application based system.
