★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday i attended whipping cream class in this academy. Shobha was really awesome teacher. She explained everything in detail. I really liked the class and it was worth for money what i paid. The only sad or bad part was time was not sufficient for me i wanted to learn more and more from Mam. A special thanks to assistant chef shama who was really awesome and very patient. If there are more stars i would have given it but 5 was the limit. Those who are interested in learning baking trust me this is the right place to learn. Thanks a lot Shobha mam for teaching, spending your time and sharing your knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a fondant class for 2 days in which I was taught Only few characters, it was not a detailed class but basic for covering a cake was taught. Making from scratch was only in the pdf not practically done and i expected to be taught more of fondant flowers and trees the basic ones so that i can perform more in my home bakery business but it was not there. The fees for 2 days class was 8.5k which I thought was expensive because it didn't cover all the variations of a fondant cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had recently attended the bread fundamentals, cake decoration and breakfast pastries class. It was such an amazing experience and I learned a lot of things that I didn't know before and tips that make all the difference. I learned several techniques including kneading and rolling for breads, sponges, fondant, cream frosting, air brushing and more. Thank you so much Shobha Ma'am for sharing your experience and passion. The staff is also extremely talented and helpful. I'm looking forward to more classes in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had attended 1week training program. Excellent mentor! The issues what we face during the baking was very well explained technically . So many dishes were covered in one week. I'm so happy and a contented student. Shobha and Shyama ma'am were so kind and taught patiently.Though i travelled very far to attend the training....at the end i felt it was worth it.The recipes what i try from the cls was distributed to my friends and college students to get the feed back...everyone liked it a lot. Now looking forward to start on my own. Thank you so much Shobha ma'am.

This course was really very helpful for me to understand all the finer aspects of baking and decoration techniques which will help in taking my venture to next level.
