★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great society with awesome amenities. Views are good from the society and overall a nice place to live. The swimming pool, gym and tt room is nicely equipped. The equipments are of good quality. Fountain looks great in the evening. All the necessary items available nearby. No problems with water or electricity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ idk why people are calling this place silent lol there's a LOT of construction noise especially in phase 2 as almost six of the buildings are being constructed atm....will be an amazing place to live in after 2-3 years but till then, it's unbearable i'm moving out smh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently Visited here for Phase 2 project. Phase 1 is ok. There is lots of open space in phase 1. But in Phase 2 the buildings are very close, 2bhk flat window is next to another buildings balcony, so a person standing in balcony can peep in your bedroom window easily. There is just 2feet distance.
However, 3bhk has open view thus good option for 3bhk.
The construction is going on very slow building E. For Building F the sales representative is highly confident that the possession will be given by Feb 2022 but I wonder how in the world will they construct entire building in 1 year when there is not even a plinth constructed for Building F. Also, received very bad feedback from friends who live on rent in Phase one. People treat them very bad and it is not just few of my friends but almost all of them who live on rent have given me same feedback. Seems like Society Management issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is regadrs to "RAVET" area, Please be aware while Flat booking, We have been facing "ELECTRICITY ISSUES" since last 3 years.One of the worst area from Electricity (MSEB) point of view.
1.There is not a single day where we have been getting 24 hrs electricity.
2.They (MSEB) switch off electricity at any time, not having proper load shredding plans.
3.Fluctuation is an another issue causing damaged of devices/appliances from societies & individuals homes...
