★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had high expectations based on our past meal here, but were left disappointed. Went there for lunch and ordered a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
The non vegetarian dishes were very well prepared, chicken roasted just right and excellent mashed potatoes to go along.
The vegetarian was the real disappointment. Pizzas were average, ravioli had a strange oily aftertaste and the tomato tartare was not well seasoned. Spaghetti was okay, but definitely not to the standard you’d expect in a 5 star and that too at an Italian only restaurant.
Fortunately, the Tiramisu was amazing as always and was the only high point of the meal.
The prices do not help the cause with the restaurant being quite expensive.
Ambience and hygiene upto the expected standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Paradise Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.
The second day we did a village trekking which was guided by Raj, who works as a waiter in the hotel as well. Raj is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed walking the three of us through the village. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural bath on the end was a great way to end the trekking.
the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place as they have excellent Italian cuisine and this is because they have an excellent Italian cook. That makes the difference. Good bye Chili flakes!
Love the Caprese (served with prosciutto) and the pepperoni pizza. Spicy but still Italian. (Real pork , real Italian Salami, no extra chili).
Actually and upon request, the cook will prepare and serve you anything, provided he has the ingredients.
Staff is friendly, no doubt. As usual the female staff is much more professional and has more finesse. Why do they always hire so many male staff?
Highly Recommended.

Loved the Pizza, Spaghetti, Pasta, Bruschetta with mozzarella etc. Mouth watering cuisine which was followed followed by mouth watering desert. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and looking forward to another visit soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Hyatt and got a complimentary dining in Celini.
We were served their baked bread starters , the dips served were too good. We ordered stuffed chicken and 4-cheese pizza for main course. The chicken was stuffed generously with cheese and spinach. The cauliflower sauce wasn't really complementing the chicken that well.
The cheese pizza tasted very good. We ordered tiramisu for dessert which was too good. Loved it to bits. Everybody was very welcoming and was ready to do customisation for our meal.
There was a huge crowd which spoiled the ambience with loud noise. Overall, good experience but price was a bit expensive.
