★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was super excited to taste the food here today but the service was super bad. I waited for more than one hour for my food to arrive(apparently my order wasn’t placed) after my starters arrived, they again took time to get my main course. I had to cancel my main course and leave.
Ambience and the food was good but the lassis were served warm, after I asked they just added few ice cubes in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well in spite of making a reservation we were made to wait for 40 minutes. Had guests and this was a turnoff.
After the wait the service was bad. Actually had to call the manager and speak to him. For example, something as simple as a coke would take 8 minutes to be served.
The food was ok. Fancied up but could have been better. However I'm not going to complaint too much about the food.
My verdict is, that, probably I'm not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is good not the best. Service needs to improve. They serve very late. If you are going for veg - Paneer Lababdar is best. Don't go for Dal Makhani.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited my place in Bandra and was craving some good Indian food so I decided to order up food from this outlet of Punjab grill. Have tried their food before and can say that the food is always worth the money int erms of both quality of ingredients used and quantity of items. Safety being an important aspect during these times, they did follow all the protocols religiously. There was also we care kit given by their team for the wellbeing of their customers. It had all immunity boosting item such as kadha , amla juice, green tea, sanitizer and dabur jellies. Really appreciated this thing! Packaging of the food was also done well. Tamper proof packaging and spill free too. Temperature check was done of all the people who came in contact with the food and it was mentioned on the outside as well.

Malai Masala Kulcha :- have heard a lot of good things about their kulchas but have never tried so I decided to give it a go. It surely lived up to the expectations. Kulcha was super heavy and filling. In short words it was literally a flavor bomb !!! Had a generous amount of filling inside which was cheesy and savory at the same time. The flavor literally exploded as soon as I ate it
Neo Chicken Changezi: - amazing gravy! Was one of their bestsellers!! Chunky pieces of chicken thigh meat which had their juiciness intact. Flavors of the gravy was imbued well inside the meat too. The yellow gravy had adequate amount of flavoring and spices with the spice level being moderate . Good flavoring of garlic as well. Went really well with the butter roti which I ordered to having along. The thigh meat of the chicken was really the star of the whole dish and the meal as well. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punjab grill has always been my all time favourite for non veg food and enlightens my taste buds whenever I eat from here but this time I thought of trying some vegetarian food because of Shravan... and guess what... the veg food was also super amazing...
we ordered :-
paneer lababdar - the gravy was thick, creamy and so silky and every bite of paneer just melted in my mouth, paneer was super soft and fresh...
kadai paneer - this pinkish red colour gravy had a totally different taste altogether, it was a thick gravy with lot of pieces of long sliced onions and green Capsicum and also Ginger julian's inbetween. It had huge 6 to 7 pieces of paneer in it.
Overall the food was great and the quantity was amazing...
Enjoyed the food with family...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's located at a place where you have lot of options to eat. It's exactly opposite Blah! The reason for choosing this place was due to North Indian cuisine. We ordered palak patta chat, tandoori aaloo and matar tikki which was okay, not great but okay. The biryani was really exceptional and good in taste. The place is expensive. The best part was the paan shots that they serve it in the end.
