★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Given my earphone OTG cable 2months back in Month of Dec 21 till I am yet to receive it. I was told I will get the replacement in 1 week but even after almost 2 month It's in Transit as per thier records.I asked for basic cleaning of earphone jack which all service center do free of cost. The technician arrogantly told here we have chargable service only and asked me to visit Thane branch
@Oneplus you have given authorision to Wrong Agency. People buy ur products for servise and quality.if this is the service very soon people will strat moving tonother brands.
