Oneplus should take its name back from them.
I have submitted my Wireless Earphones before 15 days and they haven't call me for any update.
They don't know how to handle the customers.
All the time phones are switched off.
I have submitted my unit on 30 July. Its august 16 they are just ignoring and answering products are out of stock.
Why you peoples take the units for replacement if you guys cannot provide a proper service to customer..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OnePlus Kalyan service is worse service centre pls don't go they first damage your working phone and then tell us to pay for the repair.The staff is very rude without a knowledge of phone they just raise their voice.oneplus take your name back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Given my earphone OTG cable 2months back in Month of Dec 21 till I am yet to receive it. I was told I will get the replacement in 1 week but even after almost 2 month It's in Transit as per thier records.I asked for basic cleaning of earphone jack which all service center do free of cost. The technician arrogantly told here we have chargable service only and asked me to visit Thane branch @Oneplus you have given authorision to Wrong Agency. People buy ur products for servise and quality.if this is the service very soon people will strat moving tonother brands.
