★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting in the queue is the worst part. There is only single counter open when the customers are high and even Senior citizens do not have any preference. The situation is so pathetic when branch itself is not supporting the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had closed my PFF account and had asked for transfer in my savings account inspite of 3 working days it was not done.
It was by chance that on the 4th day I went to update my passbook and showed no entry of it.
I had to personally revisit the branch (20kms) from my place to inform the same and made me wait for 2hrs. Just to make the internal transfer.
