The complete bank has a positive attitude towards customer and they don't misbehave with any one even if they are busy. The branch head is also a very good manager. The premises are good and spacious only improvement needed is a make over to the office as the wall paints and furniture seems quite old now.
Other than this i don't find anything bad about the bank and the branch staff.

Before gave 5 stars but this compelled me to give 1star
Even their toll-free is worthless
Beware
Don't open account in this fraud branch.
I can tell you because i have 15plus year old account here
