★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below average service. They take too much time to process your queries or other tasks. Not at all flexible. Very crowded due to the colleges nearby. Branch is specially opened for students and staff of Sinhgad Institutes.

The person, he just has the world's ego in his head.
He has to sit there for just 10 to 4 is like 6 hrs of job.. And yet he gets frustrated With everyday work and calls.
Somebody tell him everybody works probably more than him, that too daily... No alternate Saturdays off..
Useless fella.
Very poor service.
This branch has most students accounts. He'll get mad only if he gets shifted to any of the SBI branches.
Rest of the staff is helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended at all. Very bad service. It feels like they don't care about the customers at all. Once i wanted to withdraw money from my account, the woman at the counter asked me for my ID. I showed her my college id(which they took as a proof of identity during opening of my account), which she rejected. She made me go back to my hostel to bring my Aadhaar card. I had to go back and bring my Aadhaar. I emptied my account and never visited the bank again. Also the ATM never has any money. Go for bank of Baroda or Bank of india.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here treat you like garbage.I have submitted form here for linking bank to adhaar card, it's been over a month and hasn't been linked yet.No support from the staff members even when you call them all they say is you bank is linked,but when you check status online it's not linked.( they even lie to their customers) ?
