★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken a lot of treatment from this college and am very thankful for it. However I have a small complaint regarding what happened today, I went there to do permanent filing of my root canal which have been delayed for a long time. I was diagnosed and asked questions by two different students, after which I was asked if I could wait for an hour, after waiting for an hour and half , I was called inside and this new student said that he has been told to do treatment on some other teeth, which I denied doing as I have been saying and waiting for my root canal teeth to be filled . To which he said he'll talk to someone and went and then I was told that they can't do the filing today so they gave me an appointment when I asked for the other treatment that he was ready to do that was denied as well to which the receptionist said " Apne 15 mins timepass kiya isiliye " . Very bad experience had to waste half of my day for nothing just to be turned away rudely. I understand that the hospital gives free treatment but that doesn't mean that this should be the way of conduct. The emails given on their website don't work as well when tried to send a complaint , says address not found.

College is in the Vadgaon campus and shares the campus with other numerous colleges and schools under sinhgad Institute. Hence all the required facilities like clinic, medical stores, stationary stores, cafes, restaurants, salon, juice centres etc are available in the campus. Patients are treated for free but the waiting time for surgeries is sometimes quite long because of the long waiting list

Being a dental college, you are treated by students if your pathology is not severe.
But if your case is severe, you will be treated by post graduate staff who are specialists.
The treatment being free, there are waiting appointments for some treatments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The treatment is mostly done by interns who are supervised by the staff free of cost. It is quite clean and well maintained. But they do not have much resources since it is not well funded. The material required for dental treatment is delayed for months.

After waiting for 1 hour staff member told us that gloves are not available & it will take 2 hour more to arrange gloves so we have to wait for 2 hours more, & there were approximately 10 patient in que, it means they don't even keep 10 glove as backup or try to arrange them before they completely finish. Or else may be it's just a side effect of corruption. Also doctors here are the students of sinhgad college & that's what they learning in here. Poor management.
