★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to revive my SB account because of my terrible experience with the staff I was reluctant to operate. Given to understand that service has improved I visited personally & met Mr. Sharma the Branch Manager who is very courteous & keen to win back a customer to the Bank though his staff initially said that they may not have details in their system.
He went through the system since I had told him I am getting regular SMS on my Registered Cell Phone. He did locate within minutes the details and briefed me on the procedure amidst of continuous phone calls.
He proved it a wrong notion that the Phiroze Shah Nagar branch, Vikhroli is serving only their in house Godrej Co. Clients on Priority.
He won a customer for the Bank. Precisely, a lost customer.
Thanks Sharma Ji & keep it up the Customer First Spirit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good bank good customer service , staff is polite 1-15 to 2 is the lunchtime I guess don't come at that time better bank to start with new account for more information you can visit their website online transaction possible their application is also very easy to use for internet banking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had rated this bank a 1 star 2 years ago because I had a tough time getting my deceased father's accounts closed + information on my own accounts. It took me frequent visits despite being out of the country and the branch manager was often non responsive via email or call.
The present branch manager Rahul Kumar was very supportive and helpful. I was remotely able to close my PPF account.
