★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst behavior of receptionist on call..we wanted to have emergency blood test of our baby so we called at morning 6:30 but he was not able to answer in how many hours we can get report?..he said to come there n talk..then the call was disconnected by him. What is the use of calling services for enquiry ??, Everyone should go at the reception n talk...how far it may be..cut ur landline connection ..either....remove 24 hrs services line from your lab's name..very disappointing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested the sampling for CVC, N51 & LFT on 27th Oct at 08:00AM. I was told that a technician will contact me soon.
I waited for the whole day and called them several times but they just kept dangling me.
Same thing happened on 28th October and on 29th October they provided me with the number of technician and asked me to contact me. However when contacted the technician said that he's unable to take sample of a 3 yr old kid and the kid has to be brought to the lab itself.
Now these guys could have told me this on the very first day so that I wouldn't have had to deal with them but as they are an noncooperative unprofessional peoples what else can you expect from them.

Open 24 hrs and They have the lowest rates for fasting sugar tests (20rs only)and have made various collection centre in city which does test at discounted price.
Accepts card payment too.
