β β β β β Didn't received calls.It was emergency and I called more than 100 times but they didn't picked call from morning to evening. Don't expect from them. In emergency they will not help you.

β β β β β I was born in 1993 at this very institute.But time has changed.Mom praised a lot about them.But this time the experience was completely different during the admission of my grandpa.He had 4 mild brain hemorrhages,very low sodium &very high blood pressure.He had respiratory trouble too & was becoming unconscious frequently.Being a med student of final year I know quite well that this situation demands good attention. But after admission they didn't start any treatment for 6hours except giving oxygen.No MD doc was there.After repeated requests they brought Dr. K. Bhattacharya for visit.He is a good doc, behaved well but referred to Kolkata as they didnt have required facilities to treat the patient.So the admission was needless.More over the nurses & ayays were the worst ever I have seen.They,aware of patient's condition,refused to assist him during micturiton.They did it in front of us.So guess what happens in the absence. So if any of ur loved ones becomes critically ill,needs emergency treatment, never go to that money sucker,heart less hospital.Try elsewhere...

β β β β β One of the best nursing home in Krishnagar, neat and clean, well maintained and one of the oldest, emergency service is good, most of the reputated doctors recomends here, all types of medical checkups and tests done here including CT scan and MRI. This nursing home can accommodate atleast 60 patients.

β β β β β This nursing home is not at all clean. Toilets are like Howrah station toilets , small reception room. Doesn't accept debit card and cashless Mediclaim........just like nursing home of 20 years ego.

β β β β β Too poor service....There is no cashless service..Behaviour of the staff is very rude..The receptionists are illeterate...& they are lier...

β β β β β It's good.....but behaviour of nurses 8s very poor and during bill clearance you must check it carefully and thoroughly...... especially the miscellaneous items coloum of the final bill.
