★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been using Alliance broadband for almost 5 years now and oh my... day by day I am facing massive bandwidth throttles, unexpected connection dropouts that totally mess up my online studying environment , streaming, real time applications and such. I have been facing more and more issues lately before the lockdown has taken place in this state so I called the customer care for support they said they're looking into it - I was like alright this is lockdown period so people might not be able to do their job properly due to closed down offices, roads and such but even after lockdown I am facing more and more issues such as 98% packet loss, connection goes out into darkness at random times and stays offline for the rest of the day, high latency - customer care supporters doesn't have any clue what they are talking about but to simply put you in a position that you just have to wait and see and hope for the best but that is only one thing that's annoying. The most frustrating thing is this - when your ISP operator whom you've known for almost 5 years and that person gets angry on you just cause you expect to get the package bandwidth that you pay for they ain't delivering to you then says we can't do anything about it simply change your connection and move to a different ISP, then puts down the call. I am still suffering with this BS connection as the days go by more and more and there is no solution for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since last six month my Internet connection are unstable or dead .. service is pathatic , they ask me to change router I changed but still but problems remain.
Their technicians are not even to fix it in last six month.
Though I still having connection but will leave finally after checking October 2011

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely good network, better than all other in krishnagar.I have used many wifi connection, but this is unbelievably fast. This thing perfectly ganied my trust and not always the speed matters the customer service also matters. Best customer service you can find.Yes one thing the connection might go for 1 hr every 2 weeks for the server maintenance, but thats good. Most of the networks say that it is server down and never give good connection.
