I have an online savings account I need the passbook of this account they told me that they can't give passbook of any online account.

Already having a bank account in Union Bank of India nd personally feeling that union bank is far better than this ICICI bank. We pay 10000 rupees as minimum balance in private banks so that our issues get resolved fast and transactions goes smooth without any delay. 1.5 weeks ago i submitted documents to turn my minor account into a major account but still now the process is been pending. The same thing was done in my union bank's branch within 2 days. Really very miserable experience
