★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with Relax Smile surgery performed by Dr. Lakshey Dudeja. I could get perfect 6/6 vision on the next day itself after surgery. It's been almost 2 months and no dryness or any sort of discomfort in eyes.
Dr. Lakshey was really genuine and patient throughout. Post surgery consultantation sessions were amazing and I was suprised to see the results.
Counselor Ms. Ekta was really helpful and prompt in answering my queries and helped me get the procedure done cashless by properly handling all paper work with insurance company.
Can't thank enough to Center for Sight for such a life changing experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am glad to write this review on behalf of my mother who got her cataract surgery done from CFS, Special thanks to Dr. Lakshay Dudeja, not only he is a very good doctor but also a very polite and caring person, I feel as a doctor whose profession is about giving care and good treatment to his patients, such qualities are highly appreciated. The process of pre and post surgery was seamless, my mother is very happy with the outcome of the surgery and I also want to mention with thanks that the counsellor Ms. Ekta really helped in getting all the paper work in order for the surgery as well as insurance claim. Me and my mother are very happy with this pleasant experience at CFS Ashok Vihar Delhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very unfortunate experience at the center. They do overcharge for surgeries. They push you to get there own company lens implanted. The moment you ask for a lens from a reputed company, they claim, its out of our package and would be charged extra. Not sure why they cant have transparency in pricing for the consumables used. Finally I took a call to get the surgery at a different center.
I would encourage people to ask for
1) Break up of the surgery prices.
2) Which company lens they are using in your patient
3) Also get it compared at other centers of repute.
4) Specially for TPA/Insurance patient, this is not a center to rely on. They will encourage you to pay extra for a good company lens.
I hope some Govt agency will take cognizance of there margins and profits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience ❤️ Clean Ambience and Good staff . First time consultation fee / charge is 450 rupees n its absolutely value for money . In case you want to save some extra money Don't purchase Eye Drops or Medicines from their pharmacy as they operate their pharmacy with contract with the company and sell them at higher prices. You will find the same Eye Drop at relatively lower prices at your local pharmacy or at online Drug stores such as Netmeds, 1mg or Apollo Pharmacy . Kindly vote Helpful if found useful ?.
