★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am highly disappointed with the services of the hospital. I recently admitted my father regarding Intravitreal injections in his retina. I must say the staff is highly unprofessional and pathetic. The time of the surgery is 15 minutes but the staff makes the patient waits for more than 4 hrs just to complete their formalities which are extremely slow. Also, I have insurance and for that the procedure is even tough and so mismanaged(It was cooperate and cashless),and charges extra before the surgery as a safe amount and still make you wait for more than 3 hrs just to settle the claim. My father was diabetic and cant stay hungry , but even they have charged us extra they still want the patient to wait since they cant get the final claim in time. They even charge tripple of the tests. The tests for the surgery is called OCT which is 1500 is rest and there it costs 4000.
ITS A HONEST REQUEST. I HAVE FACED A LOT. IN CASE OF A SURGERY, I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TO PURSUE THIS HOSPITAL.

Took Appointment one day before but
Still Needs to wait for 3Hrs & 30Minutes just for Eyes Checkup,
While booking the Appointment, I clearly mentioned to the person on reception that I will come during the time of office Lunch Break.......
When we ask with the Staff regarding Doctor visit , all time they says ," 10minutes......
Many Senior Citizens were in waiting, they were Hungry, they were getting Tired......
But only reply comes from Staff ,,
"10 Minutes , Doctor is busy in OT.
Too Bad experience....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negative impact started from entrance. Reception staff was working like recorder. They always says that i can't help you. Staff in your optical store was so unprofessional. Specially your staff name Chauhan. I want get my daughters eye test. But staff in your hospital dont have intention to help patients.
I suffered alot today and i will ensure no one in my know will every visit your hospital.
Eye mad eye hospital is 100 times better then your hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a good hospital. Infrastructures and minimum required facilities are not available there. Doctors & Staff are very irresponsible there. Hospital management isn't helpful & supportive. There is no meaning of appointment for visit in this hospital. I have returned back today after one & half hours waiting there. I am suggesting all of you that choose other hospital for treatment of eye except centre for sight Sec-16 Faridabad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place as i was in Faridabad and my mom had a little bit of discomfort in her eye due to some dust. Read the reviews and gave it a try. What I saw here was beyond shocking. They have nothing like a number system for patients. If you know the staff well here and you tell them that you need to go early they will just not look into other patients who came before those patients and are waiting to see the doctor. It's all about connections you have here rather than how early you come to visit the doctor. They made my mom go through a bunch of tests which was not even required in her case as all we needed was some drops to remove the dust.alAt the end all they prescribed was drops but for that how the other tests were helpful i had no idea as even after asking they dint bother to explain it to me. For anyone planning to visit this place my suggestion to you would be to look a little further and find something good as eye is an important part and such kind of treatment is something which you don't deserve at all.
