★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital now vd all patheticness. Was one the best before , now don't care of old patients ,serve them wrong diets, hospital lacks basic hygiene, avoid getting admitted here.
Old patients are given appointment for OT at 2 pm finally taken inside at 5 pm ,made to not take even water ?for more than 28 hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.Child Care department staff never picks the call.
2.Provide false information.
3.The child care reception staff is favoured by rudest and most ill mannered doctor of the NCR Dr. Kapoor Internal Medicine that is why even on raising the concern by customers again and again, the hospital dont take any action.
4.Child care department staff has no cordination between them and no respect for customers and even for their own doctors.
5. If you are planning a child or your loved ones are pregnant then please avoid this hospital because their service will make your life hell even after paying huge fees to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a hospital just a building and bunch of people trying to get money out of you as much as possible. Just a simple cough is said to be a heart disease as well as kidney issues and recommend to be hospitalized immediately.
This kind of stupid behaviour is very irresponsible and unprofessional. This review is for Dr S Vidya Nair with all due respect don't give such consultation I hope doctors in this hospital do justification with there white coat. Meanwhile hospital was just about money and there moto is extort how much they can by presenting minor issues as serious one. Pathetic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our baby delivered in QRG normally we are very thankful for that. But after two days we went to see doctor Sanjeev Dutta (Child Specialist) He told us that child was suffering from Jaundice and need to be admitted to NICE for phototherapy. Without thinking we did that. Sooner we realized that only one nurse in NICU and Dr Yusuf in NICU behaving strange when we asked them what they are going to do as treatment. So Dr Yusuf said we don't have authority to tell. Then we realize that we should have taken suggestion from other doctor as well and with 10 minute we ask them to discharge the child. Dr Samita Srivastava came and asked yusuf to cancel the admission and send billing for only consumable item. They even did not allowed us to touch the child until billing formalities complete. Also we were surrounded by 5-6 guard and they take approx 3 hours in discharge. Neither guard nor supervisor was supportive at all. Neither they care 3 day old child nor his mother who recently delivered. They made bill of RS 8900 for 10-20 minute of admission. They not not humans.

He is not only a great doctor but also a very good human being. He took utmost care of my child. Blessed and lucky to be in his supervision and guidance. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital was referred to me by one of my friend as i was having some gastric issues, we were welcomed by security staff standing in lobby and were politely asked our purpose of visit, after knowing he himself escorted us to gastroenterology department. Person sitting at reception was highly professional, polite and very helpful, Dr. Sanjay kumar was fabulous, the way he listened my problems and explained everything was much satisfying, Dr. Sanjay Kumar is such a gentleman and i could feel he emphasised my problems before going for further treatment , But the reason I am giving 1 rating to this hospital is that person who was sitting outside Mr sanjay's cabin he didn't even have manners to talk, he was very very rude,
Every time I met him he misbehaved with me, just because of him my entire experience was ruined. Its my humble request to teach him some good manners so that other patients does not face the same problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospitality! They allow Zomato and swiggy orders inside the hospital, but if some send flowers they just don't allow ( reason being - Risk of infections) ???
Online food delivery does not create any risk but flowers can do. Even outside food is not allowed as per hospital management rule.
Doctors /nurses can have outside food inside the hospital and even not in the food court. But others are not allowed .
QRG Faridabad you are just taking the rules of management for granted. Just lowering the name of hospital.
There are number of reasons for which I can rate 1 star for this hospital.
I am a management person , and i can make the analysis on the working cultures of this hospital. I will keep posting all the reasons for 1 star services.
Not recommended for anyone.
